Can I have my purchase gift wrapped?

All of our items come wrapped in our signature tissue paper and are a beautiful way to present your gift. Alternatively, we do sell gift bags on our site if you are looking for something else

I want to send a gift to someone but don’t want them to know the price. Will there be an invoice in the package?

No, we do not include invoices with any of our items as many people like to give them as gifts. You will however receive a receipt via email or one will be available on the ‘My Account’ page if you have an account set up with us

How are the products personalised?

Our products are personalised using a mixture of techniques, with each selected as the most appropriate for the item you order. We personalise using a mix of embroidery, sublimation and transfer printing

What is your returns policy?

Due to the nature of personalised products, exchanges and refunds are not available unless it is an error on our part or the item arrives damaged. If the order has been damaged in any way then please get in contact within 10 working days of receiving the order. On non personalised items we offer a 14 day exchange/refund.
